The writ petition was filed in the year 2017 under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:- <……declaring the action of the 1st respondent in failing to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner dt.21.09.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent till date as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible by giving due opportunity to the petitioner in the interest of justice, and pass…….=
2. As seen from the record, the principal grievance of the petitioner appears to be with regard to non-disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 21.09.2016 by the 1st respondent. 3. On 24.12.2025, none appeared for the petitioner. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 8for dismissal9, no presentation for the petitioner. 4.
On the other hand, Sri C. Srinivasa Baba, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents TTD, while forwarding the proceedings dated 31.03.2025 issued by the Executive Officer addressed to the Office of the Executive Officer DA Section, TTD, Tirupati, submits that the Government, after examination, had rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.11.2019, as the same was time barred as per Section 120(ii) of Endowments Act 30/1987. The said rejection order was enclosed in the above proceedings dated
31.03.2025. 3
5. In view of the above facts and submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of by making the proceedings dated 31.03.2025 as part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
