This is an application seeking appointment of substitute Arbitrator, as the earlier Arbitrator, Sh. Rohit Kapoor, Sr. Advocate appointed vide order dated 06.10.2020, could not conclude the proceedings because of his appointment as a member of NCLT. 2. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG has no objection in the event substitute Arbitrator is appointed. 3. In view of the above, I appoint Sh. Sunit Gupta, Former District & Sessions Judge as sole Arbitrator, who shall proceed in the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Arbitrator shall, therefore, after hearing both the parties, make an award within the time provided in the Act itself after charging the prescribed fee along with incidental expenses, to be shared by the parties. 4.
