This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned judgment dated 18.10.2022, passed Family Court Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa C.G., Chhattisgarh in Sessions Case No. 146/2022, in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 19 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5.
