It is the case of the petitioner that respondent-WBSEDCL has erected poles on his property. He has made several representations for removal of the said poles from his property but the same has fallen on deaf ears of the respondent- WBSEDCL. 2. Learned Advocate for the respondent-WBSEDCL submits that WBSEDCL authorities will decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he will be satisfied if his grievance is addressed. He submits that he is satisfied with the submission made by the Learned Advocate for the respondent-WBSEDCL. 4. At this stage, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of in the above terms. (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
