The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR dated 10.11.2024 lodged by the respondent no. 3 in Case Crime No. 545 of 2024 under section 325, 318(4), 338, 61(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. 4. After some length of the argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5. The present writ petition stands dismissed is withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned FIR within two weeks after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
