ORDER 17.09.2025
Learned counsel while appearing for the petitioner submits that she has no contact with the petitioner, which suggests that either the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed or he has lost interest in prosecuting the same and also, with the passage of time the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
