He prays to modify the name of father of applicant from “Phattelal” to “Fattelal” in the cause-title of WPC No. 6298 of 2024. 2 2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents opposes. 3) Heard. 4) Persual of the writ petition filed by present applicant would show that name of applicant’s father was mentioned as “Phattelal” and same has been reflected in the order dated 15.01.2024 . 5) Taking into consideration the fact that there is no typographical mistake in the order impugned, I do not find any good ground to modify the name of applicant’s father in the cause-title of the original order. 6) Consequently, this application fails and is hereby dismissed.
