The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 73 of 2025 arising out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other are accused of committing gang rape with a 13 year old minor victim girl. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 22.02.2025. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 7.
