Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 08.4.2025 before the respondent-Police requesting to take steps to review the CCTV footage from the location where the petitioner's husband death occurred, in order to determine the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.17658 of 2025 cause of death of the petitioner's husband. The respondent has neither complied with nor replied to the petitioner's request. Hence the petitioner filed this writ petition. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the fourth respondent-Police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025 and provide the copy of CCTV footage as requested by the petitioner. 5. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
