Heard Sri P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she had submitted a written complaint dated 08.09.2025 to the 2ndrespondent, no action has been taken thereon and no crime has been registered against the accused persons. 4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that, pursuant to the complaint dated 08.09.2025 made by the petitioner, the respondent police have already 4 registered a case against the accused persons and necessary investigation is in progress. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the complaint dated 08.09.2025 also contains certain specific allegations relating to other individuals who were not shown as accused in the earlier case. It is submitted that those aspects have not yet been examined by the police and hence, the petitioner prays for appropriate directions to ensure that her entire complaint is duly considered in accordance with law. 6. In the present case, since a crime has already been registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary at this stage. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent–police to look into the grievance of the petitioner and act according to the law. No order as to costs.
