The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the application no. 1056 of petitioner moved for issuance of arm license dated 17.02.2025 pending before District Magistrate, Bulandshahar within stipulated period. 2. Instructions dated 28.04.2025 under the signatures of District Magistrate, Bulandshahar placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that an application being application no. 1056 dated 17.02.2025 alongwith affidavit was submitted by the petitioner for grant of fire arm license. It is further stated in the aforesaid instruction that the report has already been received by the concerned officer and after proper verification of the aforesaid reports the decision will be taken in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the District Magistrate concerned to take final decision in the matter in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 6. The Registrar Compliance is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the District Magistrate, Bulandshahar forthwith.
