Petitioner reported an incident to Police Station, Sahaspur, District Dehradun and an FIR was registered under Sections 147, 323, 354, 504 and 506 IPC on 16.03.2021. 3. In this writ petition, filed in 2021, petitioner has sought a direction to the police authority to add offence under Section 366 IPC in the said FIR. 4. The writ petition was filed in 2021 and notice was issued to respondent by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.04.2021. Thereafter, no further order was passed in the matter. 5. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that investigation must have completed long back in the matter, therefore, direction as prayed in the writ petition cannot be issued at this belated stage. 6.
