Report dated 11.08.2025 of Rakshit Nirikshak, Raipur (C.G.) with regard to the death of appellant – Hanuman Prasad Agrawal be taken on record. In Cr.A.No.65/2007 None for the appellant. Bailable warrant issued against appellant – Neeraj Verma received unserved with a note that appellant does not reside at the given address. Considering the facts situation of the case, Registry is directed to issue non-bailable warrant against the appellant through concerned Superintendent of Police for his production before this Court on 29.09.2025.
