As can be seen from the proceeding sheet, this court vide order dated 05.12.2022, directed the Police to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.Cr.P.C. 4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that the Court 5. may pass appropriate Orders. 6.
