The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may 3 kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR in Crime No. 0089 of 2019 registered at Police Station Lundra, District Surguja (C.G.) and the subsequent investigation in relation to the aforesaid Crime No. 0089 of 2019 may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions, as in the present cases the charge- sheet has already been submitted before the learned trial Court and charges have been framed against the petitioners. It is, therefore, prayed that the present petitions may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet as well as the order framing charges. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
