Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed complaint on 14.12.2024 alleging various offences against the 2"^ respondent. The police have not registered any complaint against the 2'"'^ respondent. On the other hand, they have closed the complaint filed by the petitioners as civil in nature. It is submitted that the 2'^'’ petitioner and his mother were injured and were treated at Aganampudi Government Hospital/Directorate of Secondary Health Area on 15.12.2024 after the alleged incident. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said property is also the subject property in A.S.No.988 of 2016 of this Court and injunction was granted in favour of the 2""^ petitioner’s father. 2. 3. 4. On 05.02.2025, this Court directed the police to complete the investigation by issuing notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the police are investigating the case. Be that as it may, the police are directed to 5. 3 consider the pendency of civil disputes between them and also the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14.12.2024 before finalizing the final report.
