Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10.09.2025 before appropriate forum. 4. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be just and proper. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. 6. A copy of the order dated 10.09.2025 is taken on record.
