No DATE ORDER 1. 23.09.2025 VS, J On a perusal of the impugned proceedings dated 30.05.2025, it can be observed that the said proceedings were passed after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner on 26.03.2025; however, it creates a doubt as to whether the authorization of the petitioner was cancelled or suspended, as the subject portion states “F.P. Shop Authorizaiton cancellation orders – issued”. However, the operative portion of the impugned proceedings reads as under: “In view of the above lapses committed by the FP shop dealer, the authorization of by Sri.Nagamuni, Dealer of F.P.Shop No.1337026, Harinagaram (V) of Rudravaram (M), Nandyal District is hereby kept under suspension pending enquiry till to the disposal of 6A Case before the Collector (C.S.), Nandyal.” Therefore, there shall be an interim direction suspending the impugned proceedings dated 30.05.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent. In view of the suspension of the impugned proceedings dated 30.05.2025, the respondents are directed to supply essential commodities to the petitioner.
