PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners to grant anticipatory bail in connection with un-registered Crime of Kaikaluru Police Station, Kaikaluru. The brief facts of the case are that the de-facto complainant by name 2) Alla Naga Divya @ Addagarla Naga Divya, W/o Addagarla Suresh, who is brother of 2"^^ petitioner and son of 1®* petitioner, lodged a false complaint i against the petitioners and others and they were summoned by the respondent/ police. The respondent/ police also are attempting to register a crime against the petitioners and others and hence, the present Criminal Petition came to be filed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as Accused 2 and 3 in the report lodged by one Addagarla Naga Divya and they were summoned by the respondent/ police with regard to the said report lodged by her and as there is threat of apprehension in the hands of respondent/ police, this Criminal Petition came 3) to be filed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent/ State submits that no crime is registered against the petitioners herein as on date. Pursuant to the above report and if any crime is going to be registered against the petitioners herein, the Respondent/ Police will follow due procedure contemplated under the law. 4) as 5) Heard. Perused the record. 6) As no Criminal Case has been registered against the petitioners as on date, as stated by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners would not arise. 7) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
