By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs as substantial reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2025 and 17.03.2025 within some stipulated period (Annexure No.5 to this petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the annual increment and bonus of the petitioner as well as recall the attachment order dated 10.10.2024 passed by the Respondent no.3 in light of Government Order dated 26.11.2007 and 12.02.2008 (Annexure No.3 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the authority by making a representation on 27.01.2025 before respondent no.3 which may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, Regional Food Controller, Meerut Region-Meerut to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 27.01.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
