Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court, they attended the cause of the petitioner. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation as and when necessary. Upon receiving such representation, the police are directed to look into the matter and take appropriate action according to governing Rules and Law. There shall be no order as to costs.
