On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.139 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC as against the accused. He further submitted that the entire investigation has been completed and a final report is ready to be filed. 3. In view of the above, at this stage, transferring the investigation to any other investigating agency would affect the investigation already conducted by the third respondent.
