Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/Police Commissioner, Commissionerate Ghaziabad to decide the revision of petitioner dated 19.09.2024 filed under Rule 23 of Uttar Pradesh Police Officers of the Sub Ordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal) Rules 1991 at earliest within stipulated time pending before him." 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State does not have any objection to the above prayer. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, authority competent in the matter hearing the revision petitioner of the dated 19.09.2024 is directed to decide the same within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
