Having been arrested in connection with the said FIR, present bail application has been filed on his behalf. (3) Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has been falsely implicated; that all the offences are triable by Magistrate and the applicant is in jail since 11.2.2025; that co-accused Navi Ahmed @ Natiya has been granted bail and present applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. (4) Learned State Counsel opposed the bail application and submitted that recovery was made from the applicant. (5) Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, however without any comment on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed.
