Civil Writ Petition No. 4941/2022, which was dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 19.10.2024 on account of non-compliance of the per-emptory order dated 12.09.2024. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4941/2022 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees).
