Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 309 (5) and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar, Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 23.10.2024 at 2.45 p.m., four unknown persons entered into the Bilaspur branch of Jharkhand Gramin Bank, Nagar Untari and looted mobile phone of the Informant and several other persons. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the petitioner has confessed his guilt. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar, Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S.
