2. Since both the bail applications arise out of common FIR, therefore these cases are being decided by a single order.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. He further submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and apart from that, there is no recovery from the present petitioners. There are no criminal antecedents against the present petitioners. He again submits that the petitioners are behind the Bar since

5. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail applications and have submitted that in the identification parade, the petitioners have been identified by the witnesses.
6. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the arguments advanced by counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
