Accordingly, W.P.(C) 3604/2025, as also the pending applications, are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. The parties shall remain bound in terms thereof. 3. As contemplated in the settlement agreement dated 14.05.2026, the concerned amount deposited in the Registry of this Court (along with the accrued interest) shall be released in favor of the respondent/workman. 4.
