Thereafter, temporary injunction application was rejected, which is challenged before this Court. Though the interim temporary injunction was rejected, on 11.08.2022, the status quo was granted time to time. Thereafter, the present appeal is filed and on 26.05.2023, this Court has continued the status quo. Now the trial Court has proceeded the matter and the matter is listed for recording of evidence. 2. As the matter is listed for evidence, the present appeal is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide the matter within a period of six months from today. 3.
