Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Pending the writ petition, the 1®‘ respondent/Waqf Board has appointed a Managing Committee. As such, the consideration of the petitioner’s representation dated 17.03.2016 does not arise. However, since a new Board has been constituted, the petitioner may submit a fresh representation if he still intends to seek the appointment of a Managing Committee for the subject mosque, Bara Khilla Juma Masjid @ Rangeen Masjid, in Adoni Town, Kurnool District. 4. 5. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation, still expressing interest in the appointment of a Managing Committee, the 1®‘ respondent Waqf Board will consider the request and pass appropriate orders. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that, the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, if he intends to be appointed as a Managing Committee member for the subject property, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (02) months. 6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
