DR,J W.P.No.33486 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting the stay of the proceedings Rc.No.312/2025/D dated.27.10.2025 of the 3rd respondent pending disposal of the Revision Petition and further action of the 4th respondent in proceedings to take action as per the BSO- 15(18). 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 3.
Though the said revision is numbered, the respondents have not taken up the revision. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition. 4. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the record, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case and accordingly, notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6 are dispensed with as the grievance is only for non consideration of the revision petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 2nd respondent to take up and consider the revision filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents Nos.5 and 6. The said exercise should be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
