This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon U.P. State Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council to expedite proceedings of MSME Application No.UDYAM-UP-54-M-AGR- 0169 of 2023, which is pending consideration since 2023, after the reference was made under Section 18 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for any counter affidavit from the respondents, this writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon U.P. State Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council to decide MSME Application No.UDYAM-UP-54-M- AGR-0169 of 2023, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
