The present writ petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the candidature of the petitioner for R.O. dealership on the ground that the petitioner and his brother have offered the same piece of leased land in their applications. 3. The terms and conditions for R.O. dealership are clear that two persons cannot apply with the same piece of land and if such an event takes place, both the applications shall be liable to be cancelled. The authority concerned has rightly acted in cancelling the application of the petitioner. 4. We do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order dated March 18, 2025.
