This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent herein in interfering with the Civil Disputes between the Petitioners herein and Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 herein and calling the Petitioners to the Police Station and asking them to handover the possession of the land in Sy.No.1035 and 1040, Vempalli Village / Panchayat, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District to the Respondent Nos. 5 to 6 herein as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere with the Civil Disputes between the Petitioners herein and Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 herein and not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station and further direct not to pressurize the Petitioners herein to handover the possession of the lands in Sy.No.1035 and 1040, Vempalli Village / Panchayat, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District to the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 herein”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
