This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents particularly the 4th respondent in attempting to dispossess from the lawful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-96 Cents in Sy.No.41/1 of Kotipi Village, Penugonda, Hindupur Revenue Mandal, Ananthapur District for the purpose of assigning house site plots in it under the scheme <Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu=, without issuing any notice, without giving any opportunity of hearing and without passing any order. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land was already acquired vide proceedings of the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda dated 24.07.2008 and the petitioner was paid compensation to it and the subject land was utilized for the welfare scheme of housing. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
