From the record, it is apparent that the fine amount has already been deposited by the Appellant. 2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that since the appellant has already undergone jail sentence and deposited the fine amount, the appellant does not want to prosecute this appeal further more and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal. 3.
