Lokendro, learned counsel appearing for the applicant; and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents. The present application has been filed with a prayer for correcting the typographical mistake occurred in the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 426 of 2024. In paragraph No. 2 of the said order, the word ‘FIR’ mentioned therein has been wrongly recorded and that instead of the word ‘FIR’, it should be read as ‘disciplinary proceeding’. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents, submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application and in making necessary correction. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that correction of the order passed by this Court as noted above is necessary.
