Y L SIVAKALPANA REDDY(SC CUM SPL PP,CID) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief: <....to issue a writ of mandamus declaring that the action of respondents proposing to arrest the petitioner on the basis of undisclosed FIR's as illegal arbitrary and violative of Arts.14 and 21 of constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in cases connected to FIR No.131/2022 of Sarpavaram P.S. of Kakinda and to pass ...= At the time of hearing, Sri K.S.Naveen Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court vide Order dated 28.12.2022 passed by this Court which reads as under: Smt. Y.L.Siva Kalapana Reddy, the leaned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that all the cases registered against the petitioner herein are being dealt with by the Regional Office of Visakhapatnam and the Regional Office in Rajamahendravaram. She further submits that the petitioner can always approach these offices for a list of the cases filed against him. In that view of the matter, there shall be an interim direction to the officers in these two Regional Officers to furnish the list of cases filed against the petitioner as and when he approaches them for those details. For this purpose, the petitioner can also authorise a counsel for obtaining the details. Learned counsel would submit that in the light of the said interim order, this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. Sri Sai Rohit, learned special Public Prosecutor for CID on instructions would submit that in the light of the interim orders of this Court, they have furnished the list of cases registered against the Petitioner and would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 3 In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
