Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to entertain the mutation case proposed to be filed by the petitioner on the basis of unregistered Will Deed dated 07.04.2024 and decide the same on the merit in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to parties. (B) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to mutate the name of petitioner in the revenue record khatauni of entire property recorded in the name of Smt. Chanda Devi wife of the petitioner as per her will deed dated 07.04.2024 within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.3 to entertain the petition for mutation which is proposed to be filed by the petitioner and also record the name of petitioner in the revenue records on the basis of Will. 4. The present writ petition is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
