This interlocutory application has been filed, seeking relaxation of the condition Nos.lV to VI imposed by this Court in Criminal Petition Nos.7297 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 and to direct the investigating officer to return the Passport of the petitioner/A.3. It is further submitted that, since the Petitioner is a First Class Contractor, he attends contract works In various parts of the country and he has to visit foreign countries to attend exhibitions with regard to developments in construction machinery. It is submitted that, in view of Conditions Nos.iv to vi, the Petitioner is unable to attend his regular works.
