Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that after completion of investigation, Police filed Charge Sheet which is numbered as SC. Spl.54 of 2023 on the file of the Court of District Judge, Ananthapuramu and now the matter is at the stage of framing of charges. In that view, it is apposite to direct respondent No.2 to take necessary steps to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioner, who is a victim till disposal of the matter before the Trial Court, according to law.
