(Oral) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner claims that he is in possession of a land, plot No.245/3 admeasuring 0.632 Hectare, situated in Village Savaldeh, Tehsil Ramnagar, District Nainital for a long time. As per Government Policy, the land should be regularized in his favour, but it is not being done despite multiple representations given by the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the decision is to be taken by the respondent no.2/the Collector Nainital, but he has been reporting the matter to the respondent no.1/State and last communication was made by the respondent no.2 on 25.01.2023 (Annexure No.12). He would submit that the respondents may be directed to take a decision in the matter, in view of the Government Policy. 4. Learned State counsel gives statement that the decision may be taken in the matter within a period of two months from today. 2 5.
