JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Notice to respondent No.6 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the order No.UNiKo/MaMaAE/AmKaaKA/AmSa/Ta.Ah.Pa/ 2025-26/886, issued by the respondent no.3 dated 19.08.2025 and also the provisional selection of respondent no.6 as per provisional selection list and dated 18.08.2025, published by the respondent No.2 and 3 in so far post Anganawadi *worker in respect of Krishnapur Village, Yalburga Taluk, Koppal District, which can be find at Sl.No.72, the copy the provisional list is produced at Annexure-A and A1. b. Issue a writ of mandamus to direction against the respondent No.4 to consider the objections of the petitioner as per Annexure-G and G1 dated 26.08.2025. c. Essentially what the petitioner has challenged in this petition is the provisional selection list which has been published on 18.08.2025, in furtherance of the notification issued for recruitment of Anganawadi *worker. 4. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that, the only vacancy which is available is in Krishnapur Village and the petitioner hailing from the said Krishnapur Village, it is the candidature of the petitioner which is required to be considered, and not that of respondent No.6, who hails from Bodhur Grama Panchayath and not from Krishnapura Village.
