The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. Faced with this Shri Rakesh Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer sought in the writ petition but recasts his relief. The only prayer made by Shri Rakesh Kumar Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be granted leave to assail the order rejecting his claim before the competent court. It is always open to the petitioner to seek his remedy against the order rejecting his representation as per law. In wake of the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of.
