THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T MALLIKARJUNA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.2368 of 2014
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order 02.04.2014 in Crl.R.P.No.74 of 2012 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni.
2. As seen from the record, a complaint was filed on behalf of the complainant under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. in C.F.R.No.2748 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, dismissed the complaint. Aggrieved by the orders passed by the said Court in C.F.R.No.2748 of 2011, a revision petition is filed questioning the orders passed in the said C.F.R. The II Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Adoni,
disposed of the revision petition by setting aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur in C.F.R.No.2748 of 2011 and the complaint is remitted back to the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, for taking cognizance, if the prima-facie material is found out and the complaint may be enquired into according to law.
3. On 12.09.2025, this Court directed to call for the report from the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, regarding the status of C.F.R.No.2748 of 2011.
4. In compliance of the direction of this Court, report has been received, wherein it is stated that the C.F.R.No.2748 of 2011 was considered by the Court as per the orders in Crl.R.P.No.74 of 2012 and the same was numbered
as P.R.C.No.12 of 2014 and the same was committed to the learned Sessions, Kurnool on 30.11.2015 and the same was made over to learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Adoni, in S.C.No.50 of 2016. Now the S.C.No.50 of 2016 is posted to 22.09.2025 for trial schedule.
5. In view of the subsequent developments, this Criminal Revision Case is
disposed of with a liberty to work out remedies if any, in S.C.No.50 of 2016.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
