Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned first information report dated 05.03.2025, registered as case crime no. 75 of 2025, under section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Ante Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli and further not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance upon the order of co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 7311 of 2025 which was disposed of vide order dated 23.04.2025. However, after some arguments, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.
