THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA COMS No.8 of 2025 ORDER: 1. During hearing, Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent paid outstanding amount of Rs.47,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Seven Lakhs Only) on 02.12.2025 vide Reference ID 2190401009 and furnished Payment Summary evidencing payment of the amount. 2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff also acknowledged receipt of the amount and addressed an e-mail stating that the plaintiff had received the full outstanding payment from M/s. Samudra Manthan Offshore and that there are no dues pending. 3. In view of the admission made by both the parties and since the claim of the plaintiff is redressed by the respondent, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. 4. In the result, COMS No.8 of 2025 is closed with the following directions: NV,J 2 (i) The interim order passed by this Court dated 01.12.2025 stands vacated; (ii) The defendant vessel by name <M.V.
