The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to allow the petitioner to undergo medical termination of her pregnancy in view of section 3 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 at the earliest. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Chief Medical Officer Ghaziabad to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2023 within a specific period." 4. We have gone through the various orders passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petition is of the year 2023 and it appears that the same has become infructuous, therefore, no one is present to press this petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
