1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue quash/set aside/modify the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), so far so it relates to the subject land, belonging to the petitioner, and/or 10.2 Directing the Respondent authorities to decide the pending representations dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-9), within a stipulated time frame, in accordance with law, and/or 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the present petition is being preferred against the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), so far so it relates to the subject land of the petitioner. By the impugned order, the Respondent authority has put a complete ban over any transaction i.e. mutation, sale-purchase of lands situated at 8 village including Tedesara, where the petitioner has his TNCP approved colony. The petitioner has been continuously pursuing the authority with representations for lifting of the ban and/or partial modification, but to no avail. Petitioner has filed several representations before the Collector, District – Rajnandgaon (Respondent No.2) on 22.04.2025 (Annexure P-7), 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-8) & 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-9) which are still pending and not decided by the authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State contended that the concerned authority is ready to decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsel for the respective parties, respondent no. 2 - Collector, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) is directed to decide the representations made by the petitioner on 22.04.2025 (Annexure P- 7), 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-8) & 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-9), in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously preferably within a period of ‘30 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands
disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with respect to the merits of the case.
