The present appeal has been filed by Ramswarup and Sahasram who have been convicted under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC and have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 5 years along with fine of Rs. 5000/-. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not in contact with the appellants. 4. Further perusal of the record shows that a communication has been received from the Jail Superintendent, Raipur to the Secretary, High Court Legal Aid Committee informing that the appellants namely Ramswarup and Sahasram have completed their sentence and have been released from jail on 16.01.2019. 5.
